All orders are executed by our logistics partner Fedex and expect to be delivered within 2-4 days, once dispatched by Baron&Bay. You can track all your orders online and your shoes will be shipped out within 24 hours, once we receive the order.

If any size is out of stock, it will be mentioned as Custom-Order Item on the product page and will be dispatched in 7 working Days.

Before making a return request:

Please make sure the product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

Kindly pack the shoes in the same way it was received by you so that it does not damage the product on its way to us. We will examine the product and make a refund within a week.

All you have to do is pack the shoes in its original packaging and stick the return label that comes along in the box and we will schedule the pickup date and time as per your convenience.

In the case of size exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.
